Party devilites. Look exactly like normal devilites, except wear the new party accessories. Have them convert all other devilites into more party devilites, except for overtimers. Then, have them convert pit bosses into overtimers. Each party devilite will have a chance to drop confetti and possibly even temporary cake hats that last for a week or two. Keep in mind temporary. When killed, party devilites would burst into confetti.

Party devilites should either throw nothing, or throw candles/hats/noisemakers.
