Good side = Incentivates the F2P playerbase to play a bit more while the P2P playerbase get more crowns by selling their CE.
Bad side = Fills the market with crowns, raises CE prices a bit and raises the AH item prices a bit as well, but it should be back to normal after a week or so, I guess.
I don't know if Three Rings would support this, but I'm sure the whole playerbase would. I'm neutral to this though.
