Accessories giving minor UI changes

This is a simple suggestion that will not only make accessories more noticeable to the wearer, but (possibly) make the price of silver keys more viable.

Accessories could give UI changes. This would in no way give players any advantage at all, but would still make a lot of players happy. And as we all know, happy customers=more people talking about the game= more players= More profit for OOO. Some changes would be:

Helm Mounted display: Turns the cursor into crosshairs, matching the colour of the accessory.

Vitakit: Turns the slot with Health capsules in it red and white.

Dragon Wings: Gives the arsenal/mission screen etc. A fire theme.

Knight-vision Goggles: Night vision (basically gives the screen a faint green tint ( Which would NOT be on in LD/BN to prevent colour confusion))

Note: All these features can be TURNED OFF in the options menu, there for if you like the accessory but not the UI change you can simply disable it.

Originality - As far as I

Originality - As far as I know, nobody's ever suggested this.
Ease to implement - Remaking skins of 2D UIs wouldn't be that hard or time consuming for a professional.
Profitability - Raising the product's quality also raises its desirability.
Beauty - On the hands of Three Rings, this is guaranteed to be pleasing for people's eyes.

I like it. Could you turn off specific UI changes, or would it be an all or nothing?

You would be able to turn off specific slots, ie. "Turn off helm front accessory" etc. So no it's not an all or nothing.

I'd like to see these in the

I'd like to see these in the game as part of the Accessories item tab, usable whenever and wherever as many times as you like, so you can select whichever UI fits your fancy. So, say you wanted your default UI back? Just open up the tab and select the default. In other words, make these changes not restricted to what you're wearing.

I'd like to have Vatel sell some UI schemes (but not all) as opposed to them all being lockbox-exclusive.

As for possible themes...

-Slightly different-than-default UIs given in missions for getting to certain ranks
-The different enemy themes
-The different status themes
-Bosses
-Sword, Gun, Bomb themes
-Rare enemies

But me, I'd like to see a dragon theme.

What if I have night vision goggles and dragon wings simultaneously?

Exactly why I think they should be 'accessories', but not necessarily linked to them.

Well, the entire point is to increase the value of accessories to the point where the price of silver keys is more viable, but not so much as to majorly effect the market. The UI changes being a new kind of accessories would put them in, but not make silver keys any more worth it. (Except for those people looking for that super rare "Divine Arsenal Case" :P)

@Sacrotine
Well, the examples I put up aren't necessarily the ones they would end up being, just the first things that came to me. Also, the dragon wings turn the menus etc. Fire themed but the Knight Vision Goggles tint the whole screen faintly green, not effecting the menu design at all.

This...

...this is wonderful. Anybody want to come up with some concept art? If not, I'd maybe be willing to.

Art or not, +1
