can you make gear that looks like :
sword: Master sword
handgun: Bow or hookshot
bomb: Bomb
helmet: Links hair and hood (red, green, blue and purple)
armor: Hero's clothes (red, green,blue and purple)
shield: Hylian shield
accessory: Ocarina of time (on a strap around chest)

Calibur series is essentially the sword from Zelda; charge attack spin.
Guns are not the same as bows or hookshots. For bows see how the Huntsman works in TF2; that is the closest we would have to a bow. For hookshot, see posts about grabbing guns; major balancing issues with being able to grab a distant enemy and draw toward them.
We already have bombs. They are bombs.
Robots do not have hair. Be happy we have the fur stolen from Wolvers.
Tabards. That is all.

I actually think if SEGA could get Nintendo to let them put the Hylian Shield in as an easter egg it would be cool, but It would be stupid in my eyes to make a whole link set

But seriosuly, link clothes are plain and boring with no details, just a solid color. How would they interact with personal color? or are they gonna be full prismatic?
Sonic was good enough, but looking like Link in LoZ would be rediculous.
The only thing that would work in this game would be the sword and shield, but Legend of Zelda was made by Nintendo.

Seriously though, it'd take a lot of jumping through copyright hoops to get this. The Calibur line is like the swords from LoZ, with the Spin Attack. But I don't think there'll be any Legend of Zelda gear any time soon.

it might be ok to have an easter egg hylian shield but not a whole set because this game could get heavily criticized for that.

This thread is obviously dead. The ideas are horribly undetailed and unoriginal. You are essentially requesting "I want the stuff from another game because it is what it is there so I want it here because I do".
My issue is not that these are your ideas, which they are not. Anyone could have made a thread for adding something from other games into Spiral Knights. Even I could do that. Even my foot could do that. The other one is a little slow, but my left can help it along. My issue is that you provide minimal detail with no effort and claim we simply have no imagination. The point of making a suggestion is to provide your insight of the full content. You are suggesting we have items without any detail of how they would function. I may as well make a thread about adding stuff for the sake of stuff, hurr.
