When i press a contact support link of any form (In-game support, email form, etc.) the web window just goes white and stays that way. Is there any set email i can send my eventual issues to or something of similiar fashion?
When i press a contact support link of any form (In-game support, email form, etc.) the web window just goes white and stays that way. Is there any set email i can send my eventual issues to or something of similiar fashion?
The support page requires that JavaScript be enabled, otherwise it will be blank. Make sure that it is allowed by your browser (toggle off/on if already enabled). Also make sure that a security suite program is not blocking scripting for that web page. Once these are done, clear the browser's cache and Java cache and force a refresh on the page.
