I don't think we need another equipment slot for your beloved familiar.
This post does have some merit, though. You could have more dynamic armor sets - like the Sniped Stranger Hat having animated Snipes (the only problem is that it'll lag more, but since some weapons and accessories are dynamic already, this shouldn't be too big of a problem).
That being said, I'm not too keen on seeing miniature versions of virtually every monster in-game on your shoulder. That's just irritating.

I'm not suggesting to add another equipment slot, it can be a new accessory slot (that will be ALOT of addition) But I don't recommend that either..
Or it will take any accessory slot (armor aura blah blah blah).

Of course not every monster, I don't expect a trojan will be on my body >.> And they will be like ULTRA rare so there will be like only the competitive ones or very rich ones get it, which is a few number.
Accessory slot, shoulder section. It's been brought up before and it works.
Yeah, The shoulder section is best recommended where familiars will be placed

It has been implemented. Threads requestiing for pets as visual accessories have been coming and going for quite a while now. Glad there's finally an end to them in sight. (I hope)

Nothing new here, really. The go-to stopgap answer to all of the pet threads is the minimally-invasive cosmetic pet.
+0.5 for the effort towards stopping the masses, -0.5 for unoriginality and the likeliness that said masses will come to this thread asking why you don't go the full 9 yards and have combat pets.
+0 overall because I've stopped caring about pet suggestions.
P.S. If you hadn't mentioned pets, I probably would have been more open to this, but whatever.
