We all know that people like to do boss runs even if they've collected all the rewards. So instead of having to waste all your tokens on buying items just to sell to a vendor or unbind them and hope that somebody pays the exceptionally high price for it just for you to get a few crowns above breaking even...you can use all those built up tokens for harder to get rewards. Also if you end up getting all these new rewards, they will take more time and be harder to obtain meaning people will be more likely to buy them if you were to unbind one.
So here are my ideas for new rewards, if you have any constructive criticism or ideas of your own please feel free to post.
Frumious Fang tokens x20
"Retaliation" 3 star
A shield with no upgrades (like swiftstrike and scarlet)
It gives normal/ pierce def, and does slight piercing damage to whatever enemy hits you while your shield is up.
Bark Module tokens x40
"Tremor" 4 star
A bomb that creates two blasts made for knockback, the first starts from the middle of the circle of the blast radius and the 2nd is a larger blast, it does normal/ elemental damage and can cause stun
Jelly Gem tokens x40
"Splatter Bomb" 4 star
Normally a toy used for entertainment for slimes, it has been adapted to for combat use. This bomb upon detonation will randomly send explosions in different directions, and like the sealed sword each explosion has a chance of doing a random status effect.
Almirian Seal tokens x60
"Lance of Almire" 5 star
The marred remains of a spear of an Almirian royal knight, it's a slow sword type weapon that does piercing/ normal damage. It has a slight chance to cause fire. Its charge attack makes u charge forward in quick motion, knocking back any enemies in your way while dealing moderate damage.
Very nice. I like it. But a few problems.
For the Retaliation, its sort of awkward that damage is done to those who attack the shield. Shields are meant for blocking, not killing. Unless they have a pointy end, then you can stab someone.
Won't the Tremor's first explosion blow the enemies outside the second explosion ring? Or is the knockback less than I expect. When you say 'made for knockback,' it makes me think they're supposed to do epic knockback. That's why they were made.
Splatter Bomb seem fun. :D NO problems there.
The Lance of Almire. The charge attack could very potentially launch you towards a spike or status trap or into a monster's atack or whatever, couldn't it? Very hazardous, just like the Rocket Hammers. XP
But in all, very good ideas. They just need a bit more modifying.
