Probably a bug or an oversight, not intentional.

They're the same accessories, except that they might gain the bound variable when obtained via a different chat interface.
What confuses me is that the materials from Brinks say that they cannot be dropped or traded but they can be.

Nonna currently sells bound
Nonna currently sells bound versions of the monster pockets when using the shop via her conversation. This is a bug. Tomorrow we will be shipping a patch that fixes this and unbinds any of the bound monster pockets in player arsenals. If you have a bound one now, just sit tight and it will be unbound shortly.

What about shipping a patch tommorow that will let all players that registred before new character creation procedure and let them change height and eyes + attach two accesories to proto set for free just like all new players can do now?
