I recently started a thread on pets, ideas on them and how they can be implemented. Yes, it was flamed beyond words and i understand why. But someone had mentioned that pets could exist, but only as accessories/cosmetics. But i ask you, is this new pocket pet thing A COSMETIC?.
I wanna begin by saying, that in no way am i offending the people who worked on this. They worked hard on it, and did it for us.
But, to be honest, it looks like a freaking out-growth on your breast!
Most people must have thought of it being an aura attached, or some kind of animation, better than just blinking and stuff. The mewkat could maybe hover around you, the love puppy can occationally shoot a heart to a small distance (which is just virtual... it doesnt actually give you hp). And the chroma can have poison dripping on the floor. A few suggestions to speak.
Being a pet supporter, when i first read the patch notes i was thrilled, but since it was night time, i went to sleep. I woke up early today as i was eager to see what it was... and i went back to sleep =.=
I would like to make a humble request, that the gm's please read this and make improvements to the pets, so that sales will get boosted Hugely.

First off, I'd ask that you don't represent the unanimous mind of "pet supporters" without any other "pet supporters" supporting you, or evidence thereof. Just saying.
...Yes, this pocket pet thing is a cosmetic. People are suckers for vanity items in MMOs. It's just statistics.
It's easier to have an accessory (And less laggy/confusing) than an extra lil dude following you around. If you put it on your side, it'd clip with your arm animations, though I think it'd serve best on your back...the only problem then is...there have been so many wing promotions, nobody would buy them.
