Mad is still the 'aggressive'
Mad is still the 'aggressive' set. Bomb DPS is affected the most highly by CTR, and nothing can beat Mad's all-around four points towards stats per piece.

why don't you run with hybrid
why don't you run with hybrid bomber? volc demo helm + mad bomber suit + 2x bomb dmg trinket. it provides you max damage, and max ctr (assuming bomb is heat lvl 10), and leaves you ample fire resistance to run around fsc.

What Dark Ritual?
When I go bomber in Lockdown, 99% of the time I'll go in Bombastic. However, 99% of the time I'm going swordy or gunner.
All in all, it's a pretty nifty set. Works amazing in Lockdown when you go recon.

Bombastic?
Bombastic is the same thing as Volcanic except with freeze resist
Volcanic + 2x Elite Boom Module = CTR max, DMG very high
Bombastic + 2x Elite Bomb Focus Module = CTR max, DMG very high

If get the 4* trinks.
Also, does the Elite trinks have to be upgraded from the others(Boom->Elite Boom in crafting)?

the problem with Bombastic
With trinkets it's Volcanic, except for freeze resist instead of fire
Without trinkets it's vastly inferior to Volcanic
Isn't Mad Bomber still the "Aggressive Bomber"? I'd call Bombastic the "Tactical Bomber" or the "Mauve Bomber".
