OK, if I get what you are saying....because people use the mist from PAID accounts, they are making them bound, so people have less reason to pay for an alt, taking away one of the things people paid for, and making the game even more P2P unless you want to be stuck with only 2 slots?

Newp: Doesn't actually bind.
This has been there for a long time, at least a few days when someone else pointed it out.
These do not bind when acquired, at least as of yesterday, as I was able to transfer one to myself with an alt.

The basil description says also 'it will bind when acquired' while actually it means that it will bind when used aka learned
With trinkets its same, the description was since long but Pwan just noticed it recently, and while it says 'it will bound when acquired' it means that it will bound to you when used (just as it always was).
Just tested bough weapon and trinket slots from supply depot and traded them, no problems.
