Hello. I just got this suggestion today.

Mail Compose locking is like this, Let say I compose to my friend 2000 CE. But, with Mail Compose Locking technology.. I can lock this 2000 CE. So, for receiver to unlock it.. I have request a 200 000 crown. The conclusion is.. A receiver must pay 200 000 crown to unlock 2000 CE. Ughh.. I hope you guys understand. A people who want to explain it back in proper grammar and sentence are really appreciate. Thank you.

Note: The sender will get the item given back if his/her mail was been rejected by the receiver.

+1 (If I'm understanding it right?)

From what I can understand, you want to be able to send a mail with a 2000CE attachment, where the recipient needs to pay 200k cr to "accept" the CE and the 200k cr would go to you as a payment for it. In essence, secure trading by mail is what you're going for (or so I think).

I'd be all for this. I've had to wait up to a week or so to get trades through due to time zone discrepancies (no one's fault :P), and this would make it much easier to do without having to make time to log on at odd hours or put lots of faith in people you've never dealt with.

One suggestion: I'd call it "Trade Mail". I figure that may be clearer, and when the mail is sent/received it'll have that as a prefix to the title, like: "Trade Mail: Here's the Wolver Cap with UV blablabla", similarly to how Auction House mails are.

In the end +1 for ease of trading.

You mean safe mail

You mean safe mail trading?

You send X item to a person and demand Y money for it, if he wants to claim item from a mail he must have Y money, in moment of accepting mail the X item goes to that person but Y money is withdrawed from his account and automatically sent to you?

What if the recipient of the

What if the recipient of the 2000 CE doesn't accept nor delete the mail, you wait one month until it gets automatically deleted and sent back?
I'd suggest to allow the sender add a max time for the recipient to accept before it gets deleted. Auction House times (4-12-24-48 hours) should do it, or maybe more options such as 7 days or 14 days.
Or even better, just let the sender delete the mail he sent whenever he wants, without getting the fee he paid to send it back (like the AH).

That would be nice and surely solve a lot of problems involving time-zone differences.

Thank you.

Extribble and Asukalan was right.

Eeyup, the sender will receive the item given back. Absolutely, the max time is great.

The sender remotely deleting the mail and automatically getting the items back is not possible via the current mailing system, but everything else sounds great.

This would be helpful. I used to try mail-trading before on the Bazaar forums, and had to beg the other users to trust me not to scam them.

It was a futile try, but still.

So yeah, +1

Sort of like what they have in world of warcraft with their mail system. Can send an item or money and person pays money in order to accept it.
