I don't know why but i cant send the support requests. when i open the support portal and select "Contact-In-Game Support" request (bottom left square) the page wont load at all and nothing comes up but a blank white screen. and this is what it says at the top of the screen
"https://www.spiralknights.com/support/?locale=en#requests_new"
What should i do so i can send requests again?
Or does it have something to do with steam because my spiral knights account is linked to steam
I've tried to send support requests everyday and i'm using chrome and still doesnt work
If that wont help (since lot of people even with enabled and fully functional javascript dont have acces to support portal and noone can do anything about it) every time you have need for contacting support you have to send mail to support@spiralknights.com
Seriously guys... Even SUPPORT IS BROKEN O_o ?
I got it at last. I used firefox instead of google chrome and it worked O.o
Tyvm for everyone's help on this.
I see two possibilities...
1. The site was down at the time.
2. Your web browser cant load the page for whatever reason, I encourage you to try the latest version of Firefox or Chrome.
