I think you should be able to pick what your heat goes on so at the end of a mission it does just all spread out if you want. For example if you want all your heat you earned to go onto your "handgun" then you click the + next the "handgun" and all your heat will go to that. Also to save time when with others i think you should be limited to 4 things to click, each thing will be given 1/4 of your heat and If you dont pick all 4 in 10 seconds or click the X to indicate you dont want to do it, the heat will automatically spread out and move on.
Controlled Heat
How about instead of having to choose when you're on the lift, you can arrange what gets heat and what doesn't in safe areas (Haven, subtowns, arsenal stations)? It'd make things less frantic that way.

Though in most games you don't decide where your "experience" goes.
Except Heat isn't experience, it's some strange material that has nothing to do with temperature that somehow boosts the power of your weapons. So it makes more sense if you think of it that way...
Actually you're wrong. In most RPG-ish games you get to allocate your experience points to your desired stats in order to customize your character's abilities according to your comfortable playstyle.
Okay, so if I am playing a game in which there are multiple characters or components that acquire experience, I can decide towards which the experience goes? This isn't entirely true, you're usually deciding where the products of your experience go, not to who or what the actual experience points are being allocated.
I'm coming from a rather RPG-lacking background here, I've played a few free and simple ones briefly, and the only P2P one I've done is pokemon... and that was a while ago. But we're not really talking about RPGs here... there is little roleplaying in the gaming sense in SK, you don't choose a class, you don't level up (heat barely counts), you don't choose a persona.. so I guess RPG-ish fits the name, but why apply RPGs to the argument if it isn't one?
Being able to place your Heat during the lift would be a bit better than Haven because Once i get to Haven i have things i need to do and i normal run off and get side tracked from missions from a good hour or so...
I really dont feel like getting to the end of a level and see that ive only made about half a centimeter of progress to leveling up my weapon...
Equipping level 10 items doesnt really work for everyone because alot of people dont have alot of level 10 items.
This game is a RPG
In the game we are Knights <--- Role Play and its a Game
We do choose are classes because we pick what weapon we want to use, whether its a Sword or a Handgun or even or Bomb...
And yes you do "level up" ever notice the Prestige level and how it rises? or as we do more missions are rank goes up?
So yes i would call SK a RPG game and this feature would be a good feature have in the game...
1 more thing why cant i see my character O_o
<------------ I set one and yet i cant see the picture
Interesting suggestion.
You can sort of pick what to level up by equipping level 10 gear, though.
The time limit should still be the 10 seconds, with the Player having to pick what they wanted to be heated before hitting the down/up button.
