I would like to hear an EPIC remix of Sonic CD's Final Fever boss battle music! After all, OOO is part of the SEGA family now, so there's no problem with that, right? I'm sure Harry Mack's great rendition of Final Fever could very well suit for a big epic battle at the Core, determing the fate of the heroic Spiral Knights' lives and hopes of getting off Cradle.
Not wanting to go off-topic about this, but...
I enjoyed the re-release of the game, Sonic CD, yet... I do have to say one little thing about the game. Don't hold this against me, but, I have this opinion in mind... I need to get this off my mind, so, here goes...
SEGA and Sonic Team have left the adventure incomplete once again, just like in the past version! The left the "final battle" at Metallic Madness once again, and I still feel that the adventure's still not completely finished. You see, I've discovered an interesting secret of the game some time ago, and it was an image of the once promised, still assumed, "lost" second zone of the game. And, I read about the planned levels that were going to be intergrated into the game during development, Desert Dazzle, and Final Fever, the real final battle of the game that should have taken place instead of Metallic Madness' third Act. Now, just becuase it is called "lost", doesn't mean it is lost compeltely. They had another chance at finally finishing the adventure, but they didn't just have enough time to do so. They should have at LEAST delayed the game so that they could have more time to finish work on the Zones and be done with it at the last minute. They said that cutting these levels from the original final product was, and I quote, "for the best, since we had a lot of work to do, anyway." Those levels WERE going to be a part of the original product, and will be. In truth, the game was supposed to have nine Zones in total, not seven. Some people think that they left it as it is, becuase they didn't "want" to "deviate the game from it's original form". No intended offense, but I think they only said that to cover up their tracks becuase they just didn't have time to finish said Zones. I don't believe these comments coming from people thinking that past games should not be changed in a future re-release. They think it's impossible to add these levels in. I didn't know how to get the word out, if it did, but I felt like saying it, anyway.
However...
There are three things that SEGA and Sonic Team forgot to mention, though... if they ever forget.
First, they technically reworked the game from the ground up instead of using the past version. It is truly a full-blown remake of the great adventure, NOT a port, right?
Second, they have heard of the modern feature called "title patching", and it's part of the modern games we all know today. That feature allows them to fix the reported issues they've discovered in the game, regardless of which platform they own. SEGA and Sonic Team can do that, and they will.
And third, they do know of another modern feature added to the current games today called DLC, "Downloadable Content". That feature means of adding new content like stages, bosses, all kinds of things, or, in this case for Sonic CD's modern re-release, truly finishing the game like it should have been in the first place, and will be soon enough. If anyone can get SEGA and Sonic Team to squeeze in some time on their hands, then, they will have them granted enough time to finish Desert Dazzle and Final Fever, so we can finally get on with our days without complaining about the game being assumed "completed" just because they didn't have enough time to finish the promised levels and the real final battle.
SEGA and Sonic Team have totally transformed the classic game into a modern game that is allowed to have DLC and title updates. It's never too late to finish the adventure.
I have been a fan of Sonic the Hedgehog for a long time, but no Sonic adventure game shall go incomplete, even if it means past adventures. So, there's still plenty of time to motivate SEGA and Sonic Team, so they can get our requests of finishing Desert Dazzle and Final Fever over with once and for all.
Anyway, I would like to hear Harry Mack's great remix of Final Fever being played at the Core, being that it is the chance to escape the planet and go on to save the many worlds of the universe. Spiral Knights do have a destiny, and we must fulfill it, by any means necessary.
Nobody try to bring me out of it. I am highly determined to see Desert Dazzle and Final Fever finished in the game, so I can finally explore the desert portion of the game and see how the true final fight ended.
Whew! Thanks again for listening, and I appreciate all the work you've done to the game, OOO!
This isn't SEGA and friends: Spiral Knights.
Also, why are you so late?
WE KNOW THIS FROM LAST YEAR!
