I've seen just CTR Vh go for around 30k
I'm sure this dual UV one is worth a lot more.
This is pretty rare so there's not really a lot of other examples to compare to.
So if you're planning to sell one you should auction it. (though not necessarily in the auction house)

I don't understand where people get these prices from...
If you monitor the Bazaar at all, you know that Brandishes with ASI UVs don't move well.
You would also know that the price of CTR VH has been going down over the last month (from about 40k CE to around 30k CE now).
Hell, there is even a Glacius with CTR VH up for 25k CE and the Seller still hasn't found a Buyer.
My guess is the people with the money to make these purchases already have, and no one else is willing to (or able to) pay those prices. Also, Diablo 3 is releasing in five days and is going to steal a lot of players (and money) from this game, which I expect will impact the market negatively for Sellers. And people are quoting you 50k CE or "worth a lot more than 30k CE" here? Yet everything in the market indicates prices are dropping, not going up.
TL;DR - These quotes seem way out of whack to me... I doubt you could find a buyer for more than 40k CE, if that.
