Honestly looking to get a Biohazard with a Charge Time Reduction of Medium, since I have seerus mask and level 10 gives the weapon itself VH.
So, punch a UV, or buy form AH/You forum guys?
(also if you do have one ill seriously overpay for one, catacalyzer-bio line :P)
Either way has ups and downs. I just Punched a Biohazard CTR Very High, with only 4 rolls. However, I was lucky and now have my Biohazard CTR Max with the heat bonuses.
If you buy it from a person, make sure you know the price is good (not bad for the seller, but fair).
Punch, it's a gamble, all I can say.
