Recently nabbed an Owlite Shield with Max Curse resist, but when I went to test it out in the Training Grounds, I noticed no change in the duration of the curse I inflicted on myself with Faust's charge attack with the shield equipped. Is this a bug or, for whatever possible reason, something intentional?

So for example, the curse UV will help protect against the breath attack of UFSC Zombies
Shield UV affects the shield only.
While shielding, your shield can take more hits that would inflict Curse than most shields. It's more noticeable with something Volcanic Plate Shield or Grey Owlite vs Barbarous Thorn Shield on a fire vent.
