I could really use some help - at the moment my client is completely unusable! I've been able to play with no problem up until now.

I was starting the quest to hunt the Snowclaw pack (4-3, I think?). The same instant that I stepped onto the elevator and clicked "down", someone else joined my game, causing both of us to be stuck. The bars were already up so he could not enter the platform and I could not exit or proceed down. He suggested I try kicking him from the game, and once I did so the elevator took me down. However, the level did not load properly, and all I could see was a black screen (with the interface overlayed still). The game then froze and crashed.

I tried reloading the client and logging in again, but as soon as I do it takes me to the black screen and then crashes. I don't know if this has to do with the bugging that occurred when the second person joined or if it's just an error with loading the level. Please help!
