I have a good idea for new stuff from Rhendon. Shield: The Glimmer Sword and bomb damage bonus: High. Full fire and stun resist ; elemental and piercing resist medium. Helm: same as shield but 12 health at lvl ten. Armor: same as helm but chare time reduction: medium. I'll create a better one laterm :)

I think you mean "Seerus" practice
The armor with the highest health is Ancient Plate set with eight bars per part at H10. A shield which gives offensive bonuses must have low defense to balance; see Swiftstrike, which also happens to have no status or special damage defenses. Giving any single armor piece +2 universal charge must have incredibly low defense, lower than Chaos set.
This thread made it to my personal "most unbalanced and selfish threads" top ten. Any response by the original poster are either whining or immensely rebalancing to the point that the original concepts are acknowledge for how truly inapplicable any of it is.

I'm sorry, 12 HEALTH PER PIECE?! I shouldn't have to explain why that is insane. The shield would be fine if you scrapped the status resistance and sword bonus, and MAJORLEY lowered the defence, We need a bomber shield anyway. This is the most overpowered gear I have EVER seen on this forum.

I would Prefer the Shield to be just a Re-Skin of the Aegis. We need more Unique Re-Skins on the Featured Auction House.
