Sell it, there are a ton of kids out there who don't know you can achieve Sword DMG maximum in so many ways without UVs.

How much is this in crowns or ce :S? Maybe i can make more profit if i sell, I don't know what to do with this sword.

I never sell items at 2*, but as a 3* Nightblade that would sell easily for 30k cr & I would bet that you might be able to do a bit better.
Mediums are pretty nice as this sword would Hit Maximum when paired with a Skolver set (also the most common armor to use vs Beast & Slime). This frees you up to be able to use either a Swiftstrike Buckler or Royal Jelly Shield instead of the usual Piercing sword shield (BTS). While yes Piercing is better for Beast, this would be a pretty good arena weapon as Beast & Slime tend to come together. CTR is waaaaaay better for Brandishes though.
That brandish ends up being more useful as a nightblade...
It's up to you to decide if you find the damage bonus useful. Wolver and trinkets already gives sword damage bonus so it's not hard to achieve Damage MAX! Ask yourself if around 14% more damage against jellies is useful enough to keep. You can fetch a somewhat decent sum of money with that brandish.
Toothpicks are better at killing wolvers so it's kind of a "meh" uv.
