Here is a good idea to make missions from the campaign give some competitive players more incentive to replay old missions.
Each mission that requires you to fight stuff could have extra optional stuff you could complete to earn extra prestige. Like for the royal jelly there could be a checklist with different objectives like: "Defeat Royal Jelly Palace without using a revive", "Defeat the Jelly King in under 4 minutes". And whatnot. This could be displayed on the event hub thingy as well.
What do you guys think?
Giving this to all missions would only make missions preferred over the Arcade, which means less people use the Arcade, which means less people are spending CE to get through the floors when their mist is out, which means Three Rings loses money.
Missions are supposed to be the storyline for the game where the knight goes through the various assignments and educational sessions to learn about the game and become competent in the various enemies available to experience. The Clockworks is the original source of this information, though implied all of it expecting the community to be intelligent enough to realize what is going on.
The real question for objectives is what is the incentive to achieve them; are they achievements, for fun, or give extra rewards? Having more achievements would entertain the part of the community obsessed with obtaining everything, making them for entertainment means more useless cluttering, giving extra rewards would be exploitable. Pick your poison.
