I tried to show my problem to the support because I spent money while I didn't get any energy so I hope the support could read this and try to answer my question

Why he didnt get energy while

Why he didnt get energy while he spent money.

The question is why he posted it here instead of using support portal or support@spiralknights.com
Also i wonder if he waited at least 24 hours for answer.
