1. That's the mail system you used. People usually say "PM" for the "/tell" chat command.

2. You will get your money back if Azraelwing doesn't accept your mail, and a month as been passed since the mail was sent. Your mail will expire and the crowns/items/energy you sent as attachments will be returned to you.

3. Azraelwing is free to login any time before your mail expires, accept it, and take your crowns/items/energy and don't send anything in return. If you want a secured and fair trade, use the trade interface instead. Mailing things are more suitable for sending gifts.
