im trying to install spiral knights but the loading bar hasnt changed at all

This game cant be installer from the webpage or donwloading the program on the web.
Loading bar hasnt changed freezing at 70 or 90%, I restarted the downloader, restarted computer and nothing happens
I tried on a pc and a netbook and this is the same

Hello again,
It looks like one of the installer files (full-rest-bundle.jar) is missing and another file (full-music-bundle.jar) is not reading properly.
Please try uninstalling and then re-installing Spiral Knights. If there is no uninstall option in the Control Panel you can use the uninstall.exe that should be found at C:\Program Files (x86)\Three Rings Design\Spiral Knights on your computer. Your game progress will not be affected by doing this.
Sometimes restarting your computer can unstick the bar. If the game is completely frozen when trying to update or install please post a copy of your launcher.log file. The log file can be found in the same folder that Spiral Knights is installed to.
