It feels really silly playing this game as Socksmahoney after I've put so much effort into it. I want to be Socks-Mahoney or at the very least SocksMahoney, is there a way to do this? If not, then are there any plans for it?

You can't actually CHANGE your name. You CAN, however, make a new knight.

Technically possible
Request administrative support to change your name and it may be done; "may" does not mean it will nor your request considered soon, but it is possible.
Yes, but that's too miniscule a request to be accepted.
