I had this glitch loading a Lockdown map on the first day of testing, I don't know if it is helpful or not but I'll put it up here anyway.

Nah, the only time I've ever had more than one bar of connection I went and did a Shadow Lair. This is perfectly normal for me, and I played several games beforehand with one bar and loads after and this never happened again.
Based on the 1 red bar in the top right corner, it looks like you had some connection problems. I had something similar happen during a Shadow Lair run when I lagged out.
