Do the right thing; save a Gunner today.
CTR is so weapon specific and ASI comes a dime a dozen. I honestly (imHHo ofc) feel that the PM of S was poorly designed and almost qualifies as a borderline troll from OOO directed @ gunners over all the complaining they do.

Used? Abused? Neglected? Elaborate. If you're saying the gunners are useless in the face of bombers and swordsmen, then you're wrong. Each weapon type has a specific strategy that is usually adjusted by each individual player. Otherwise, I'm very confused.
By that, I meant that they're just looked down upon.(And I was trying to reference a certain commercial.)
Run OCH 3x -> Craft Fractured Mask -> Sell for less than its worth -> Someone else sells it for more -> Nobody wins
It's a well known fact that Cyclops cap is better than any gunner helmet except the Shadowsun Stetson.
CTR benefits Alchemers, Autoguns, Catalizers, possibly Callahan if you want to snipe Devilites from a distance. ASI benefits all guns, low is rather meh, but anything is better then nothing, and with the CTR boost its rather nice.
As for Gunners... I only sell Seerus Masks (any tier) at cost to guildees. Anybody else has to pay the standard price.
