But whenever I try to email you, the screen is just white.

Doesn't work, nothings blocking it.
Just a white screen, that's all I get...
You must make sure that Java Scripting is allowed by your browser to be able to use the Support Mail System. Also make sure that a security suite program is not blocking scripting in a web page.
One these are done flush the browser cache and Java cache and force a refresh on the page.
