Simple as that. When there's updates or other interesting stuff people start chatting in Trade chat. How about another chat channel, shared by all Havens of that language at once, dedicated to this?
Add a channel 3, general chat through all Havens.

People will go from trade chat to "World chat."
Why talk to everyone in this session if you can talk to everyone in this GAME?
Chat will be unreadable due to massive spamming, either by deal seekers or by butts.
And I dunno about you, but I like readin' my chat.
So that's a minus one on my part.
