VERY HIGH LATENCY PROBLEM + STEAM

I would like to lodge a complain about some latency errors I've encountered.

1. I have to wait for minutes to wait for Chat to show up.
2. The character animation is present like: Sitting, Standing, Talking, Sleeping etc
3. I got disconnected once and it says there is a problem occurring with Steam

You cant really do anything about it since you live so far away from the servers though what you showed in the video seems like you got disconnected from the server.
