Let me tell you what I found a few days ago...

1. When I log in, the ready room is gone. I'm typing on an invisible terminal. The whole place is blue, and where the monitors should be is black.

2. Whenever I wore a certain helmet, I would disappear. Example: When I wore my cobalt helm my head (Except my eyes) disappeared. When I wore a magic cloak, my body disappeared. I took a picture of a floating shield and eyes.

3. I find this the coolest thing of all: When a wore my chapeau,
It was black. Just black. You couldn't see details, just the outline of it and the feather. On both, in red typing font, were these to things: It said, "ERROR" and "1101".

I took pics! And I'll post them as soon as I figure out how.....

Your image files are corrupt. Try reinstalling the game.

To post pictures you have to upload them to some imagehosting site and link to it.

delete the folder

Open up something like My Documents.
On the top there is an address bar.
Copy and paste this:
C:\Users\your username\AppData\LocalLow\
and change 'your username' to whatever your account name is.
You will see a folder called spiral.
Delete it.

Open a folder. There is an address bar at the top. Insert the address Trying said, then delete the folder.

If you downloaded and installed the client instead playing it from the website then go where you installed it instead.
