I got 2 for this one.
1. make it cheaper :| (i don't mean cheaper revives, I mean get bigger bursts earlier.)
2. Make a rare item (lockboxes or very rare drop or something) that lets you change the status ailment. Certain effects would be more common then others
(from most to least common; Stun,poison,fire,freeze,sleep(?),curse)
So if i have found and used the ice blast item, when I revive, the blast would be sky-blue and every enemy caught in it would be frozen!
This would add more use for the energy burst and a new item to shoot for.
1. No, the revives aren't designed to entice you to spend thousands in ce on small explosions, rather its so that you don't immediately die again by spawning in a mass of creatures. If you want to spam ce blasts, go on the test server.
2. Shock and Freeze are completely counter intuitive to the purpose of a ce blast as it wouldn't even push things aw ay, it'd just leave you in the middle of an immobile mob of bloodthirsty creatures. And they already stun.
