Ok, so I have this 10$ UGC and I know that the events are if you buy $9.95 of CE you get the special event reward thing, well, what's the next one; 'cause I've heard that there's someone going around and finding all the UGC codes and taking them. so I'd like to use it asap, or when the next event comes up.
So, when's the next event?(Or what) Please tell me so I know what to do.

Personally unless you can give a link proving that somebody is going around stealing codes I am filing the idea under "baseless rumors".
Typically cards are not activated until they have been paid for, meaning the pin number on them is meaningless text until they're paid for. The reason for this is solely because you get scum, er, people that will create programs to go through every conceivable combination to get all the codes and use them.
If you have bought the card already I would recommend using it so the money is on your account, also the card is no longer good after a certain amount of time after purchase (typically a month or 2).
