Has anyone having troubles logging in today? Cuz it keeps saying that it's having difficulty reaching the network for me.

Sometimes steam doesn't work...
The normal servers are down sometimes, try adding -tcp in your target. ex. "C:/programs/steam/steam.exe-tcp" (with or wthout space)
right-click your steam shortcut, (Make a copy) then properties.
Or did i miss some huge hint?
