Sell it on the AH if you don't need it.
As a Knight Elite, I have no need of Compact Supply Packs. The prices on which they are sold on the AH is amazing, because nobody uses Vatel any more, so people search it on the AH.

Ive been doing jelly king 10 times iand i caant seem to finish the mission its frustrating i got the the token and the recon module but when i return to haven(using last elevator) it never said i was finish!!!!!!!!

You are asking what the purpose of supply packs is? You use supply packs to fulfill certain prestige missions. Essentially, they provide a mechanism for people to convert crowns into prestige.

The question was already answered in the second post. You might need glasses.
It's a mission item. Usually for prestige missions, where you just go to the general goods store, buy a box and ship it to the research team down below.
