Check the timing if you have lag or if u press the shield a second too late. also mention what level of the shield u are using and what tier u were in. the shield could have broke and u didn't notice cause of lag and u kept using a broken shield by mistake. one more thing, check if all the polyp in any level does this to u, cause it might have just been that only level that has been glitching and needs checking.
