I recently started playing Spiral Knights, have been playing for about 2 weeks now, and I have a few "requests" I guess you could call them.

1. Would there be any way to make weapons, armor, handguns, etc., upgradeable without having to buy each individual recipe for them? Same requirements from the recipe would be kept(i.e: Materials, And says you were planning on a Four Star upgrade, you would still need a level 5+ of the previous 3 star)

2. Possibly a chat filter. I sometimes get put in worlds where there is a lot of activity around the Auction House(I spend most of my time here when I'm not doing missions or boss runs) And there is a lot of trading and just general chat activity going on, so it is hard to read private messages from my friends, or guild messages. It would be handy to be able to filter any un-wanted chats.

Please post a reply with what you think of my suggestions, or if you have something to add! For anyone who would like to add me in-game, my name is Nytmare-Klaypex.

1. You must buy the recipes

1. You must buy the recipes to upgrade them. If you were going to change that, everyone who has ever bought recipes would kill OOO employees.

2. That's a good idea. Team Fortress 2 (and also other Source games, I think) has a chat filter.

1) It has already been

1) It has already been brought up and shall be rejected, but I would like to point out there are already two of those in game:

a) The Krogmo Alchemy Machine. It is found in the arcade and can be used to craft preset items.

b) The Sanctuary Alchemy Machine. It is found at the end of Shadow Lairs and provides 5* items. Also preset recipes.

2) This wouldn't be too bad of an idea. If it has already been implemented into the game, I haven't found the option yet in settings.

We do have a /leave chat command, just expand it.
Another better solution that many will agree on is having 'tabs'.
