To combat the CE inflation and revive the arcade, I have a suggestion.
Boss missions should be completed once. Just once. Kind of like the Rescue Camp missions, but to stop abuse.

But do you remember the old FSCing pattern? Some guy does the levels, then others will jump the party the moment it hits the terminal.
Happens every time. Less so now since missions, but take that away and they'd go back to it.
People'll just go back to grinding 'ol FSC.
