Add guild points so there will be more competition.
Like you gain a certain amount of Guild points each map.

You could add an option under
You could add an option under 'Guild options' saying 'Guild list'. On that list every player should be written on and it should be sorted by the most guild points.
You could gain guild points in pvp, completing missions and completing arcades. You gain more guild points the harder the mission or arcade is.
Would give the option to create a Guild more meaning.
Then create a Ranking system on the forums so you can see who's the best.

This is basically guild prestige.
Unlike our existing prestige system which only notifies you of people on your guild and friend lists if your prestige is high, all this would do is give bragging rights to whoever has the most free time to play and can pay for elevator passes the longest.
