Instead of mist tanks, you can buy CE from teh energy depot (the glowing blue circle at the bottom right). I'd suggest you check out the new recruits forum section, I'm sure it would be beneficial.

The only way to buy Mist Tanks that I know of is in the Battle Pack. That comes with like 8 mist tanks.

Mist tanks are generally achievement rewards, and come with special packs (which can be bought once only). You only get maybe 4-6 mist tanks naturally over the course of the game.

You can't buy mist tanks
It is impossible to buy mist tanks. You can buy crystal energy with real money or trade about 7-8000 crowns.
