I've seen a ton of topics about the lag and problems caused by the recent patch, but none about what actually causes it. Looks like in this latest patch they tried to update some of the dependencies, I downgraded mine (and of course the natives as well) and the game works flawlessly again. Just a heads up so OOO can fix this problem easier.

Very helpful! Could delineate what dependencies you downgraded? That'd be awesome.

I'm not sure which are the problem but in short I downgraded every jar in the code folder except for config, projectx-pcode, and projectx-config. I also deleted every file in the natives folder and restored the old versions of those as well.

You have probably done more than that. I replaced the updated jar files with the unupdated from a neighbor (excepting those 3 you mentioned), also replaced the new native folder with the old one and the game now says that client needs to be upgraded. I tryed other replacement combinations but either client wanted to update or didn't started at all. Maybe you have another downgrade method? Tell me if you can in "My Auctions" tab to select "Two days" and put whatever to sale. If yes, it means it worked, if your screen becomes fkd up, it means we have to continue searching the solution.
Optimal would be if the game designers will make another patch at least do downgrade back to working client.
