The "enter" key is not hooked when you are writing a mail so instead of skipping a line, it toggle the chat.

I too will confirm this issue. Already submitted an in-game bug report yesterday evening.
I can confirm this. Sent an ingame bug report earlier.
EDIT: It was still there after the patch...
