Honestly, this issue has been in game since PVP, Lockdown come out. And now, I can't stand it anymore! How come it said I'm not in locker room but I have been there??! Please fix this.

Maybe you had luck, that bug seems to be a bit random / happens when the game is a few minutes long. I couldn't find a workaround if it happens, and your workarounds don't help. Same annoying problem if it happens.

Doesn't always work.
I've noticed that it doesn't always work over the weekend. It's annoying when trying to change a loadout to adjust for the opposing team and being stuck with the currently equipped loadout.

If your waiting I know the right answer for it.
Your already waiting for pvp LD. If u want to change just withdrew and change loadout. It won't work when your sign up already.

I have also experienced this in Lockdown, but have narrowed it down. Occasionally, I could change a loadout on death, and while waiting to re-spawn, I could change my loadout. If you do that now, the option to change is locked until you walk up to the mist gate, then you can change it. If you want until you actually re-spawn, then you can change it. I haven't noticed it lock when doing that.
