I'm on a Mac OS X and when I click twice on the SK document, it appears twice in the dock (which is at the bottom of the screen) then both of them close. Please help!

This is what it says: We were unable to download the necessary files after five attempts. You can try running the application again, but if it fails you may need to uninstall and reinstall. <---- That's what it says.
