Try killing java.exe and javaw.exe in your Task Manager, and run the Spiral Knights launcher again.

ive been trying to figure out what to do. it was giving me "We were unable to download the necessary files after five attempts. You can try running the application again, but if it fails you may need to uninstall and reinstall" for 2 days now. ive tried uninstalling i and reinstalling it a few times and no luck. your advice worked.
I Am Getting This Message Too, Hopefully We Wont Need To Reinstall..That'll Take Forever
