Eh, try scrolling up, clicking on the topmost one, then click the menu open again.
When I've tried recording this, I found that there are two smaller screen size options after I selected the smallest one. The game's weird like that. If that doesn't help, the devs might need to look into this one.

They are gone for me on standalone official client but they are still present in kongregate client.
