What's the CTR do we get if we have a weapon with UV CTR VH + level 10 (CTR Med)
Is it would be CTR Ultra High(faster Charge than CTR VH)? Or just CTR Very High?

The max CTR total you can get on an item is Max!. Which is two steps higher than Very High. The highest UV you can get is Very High, so maybe that's your confusion. But even though your Sword may only have UV Very High, the CTR boost from heating it does indeed stack, and so that sword with UV Very High would have a total of CTR VH with no heat, CTR Ultra with level 5 heat, and CTR Max! with level 10 heat.

It depends on the player and the weapon.
Obviously bombs don't have normal attacks, but a Faust user will probably shield-cancel the second strike and only use the charge in dire emergencies, since its self-curse can be awkward. A Catalyser user will be spamming charges like there's no tomorrow, only using the normal attack to detonate them. Then there are the people who have different playstyles; some will prefer solely using the Brandish-lines' charge, whereas other people like shield-cancelling strikes and keeping enemies close.
Could you please be a little more specific as to what you mean?
Asking whether 'is charge more common than normal' is a little vague
if I don't know what weapon you're talking about.

i asked because the price of CTR brandish line is so high or even the highest, compared to other UVs.
So, i think there must be a reason for that and i guess people would use charge attack more often in T3.
well, for me, i am now using iceburst brandish, snarbolox blade and going to make nightblade for JK. I don't have any long term plan so I don't know what sword should I use in the future; therefore, I'll upgrade my armor and shield to 4 star (which takes a few days) before I move onto weapons.

Great. You'll have your elemental, piercing, and shadow swords. That's exactly what you need. Good choices. Just keep upgrading them.
It would be CTR: Max!, so yes, it would charge quicker.
