I am T3.
I have 4k crowns.
I have 256 CE.
My shield is 3*.
What should I do?

if your shield is 3*
you aren't T3. you need a 4* shield for clearance. You are either lying, or mistaken about your access.
Assuming you are mistaken, simply save up a bit, and once you hit 8k cr, buy 100 more CE, and craft a 4* shield with your mist and CE. Then start working to 5*

Also, what shield was it?
For the time being, stay calm and play t2 LD whilst waiting for your mist to recharge
or, y'know... do things in real life.

you should dance and enjoy life.
You wait for your mist every day like everyone else and do a couple hours worth of grinding every day.
Then you upgrade your shield or get something that will, if that 3* is a Swiftstrike.
If you are T3 you would have known this before getting to 3*.
