It wouldn't solve anything
At this point, old players already have their chaps, so it wouldn't matter at all. Maybe they would buy to just sell them to other players, to fill their pockets and rise the price even more. Promos won't help against greed in mid-long term.

No more chaps. Why not have them make a different, but equally cool and stylish hat? If they can model a chap, they can surely model one of the other millions of hats out there.
Wouldn't it be nice to see something like an indian headdress? How about headphones? There are quite a few options for things that could potentially look awesome.

Bringing back old Rose
Bringing back old Rose Regalia=instant butthurt. I like my Blue Chap and I like it being rare because it shows I'm either rich or have seniority (it's most definitely the latter, btw). Maybe make a new batch of 3 Rose Regalia, but DO NOT revive the old ones. If you were here early enough to get yours, you deserve your something special, and tough luck if you weren't.

And yes, there are Black, Red, and White Rose sets; they were released as a promo sometime in April (I don't quite remember when).
Not nearly as many players were playing then, so now they're incredibly valuable.

Red, Black, and White Regalia were the first gen, and are worth the most. So there's your Divine, Shadow, and Volcanic right there. Blue is cool, gold is regal, green is military, coral is fancy, and violet is dusky. You're missing heavy, toasty, and prismatic, and there will never be a prismatic.

Maybe add insignias and patches to the tabards, or use entire color spectrums we've never seen before? I don't want them to bring back the old promos, because that would be unfair to those who spent their money to purchase those rare items - we don't want to lose our truly loyal community.
However, new promos of old things - that's what we really want. I still think that "Star Wars" themed attire would be SUPERB, but I also understand that copyright laws and other such forces prevent that. :)

As a long time player of Hat Knights, I'd really like to see more hats in this game.
This game has to contend with Valve's other Hat Simulator, Hat Fortress 2 and I feel that the disturbing lack of hats in this game is severely hampering their profit margins.
I for one, support more different hats. Maybe sombreros and baseball caps for starters?

Well looks like no one is really going to push for any more chaps to come in from three rings. And why are the older players telling the newer, or players that missed the promotion, that there shouldn't be anymore chaps. I say they should come back because I really want a chap, but am to poor and I can't afford any of them. So that is why we need them to come back, so other players can enjoy the chaps and not just the older players.
